Artificial intelligence is now involved in so many aspects of healthcare and senior living, from falls prevention efforts and biometrics to telehealth and streamlining employee schedules. But what are Americans’ attitudes about it? A new survey from Healthcare.com reveals growing acceptance tempered by a dose of caution.

Almost half (45%) of survey respondents said that AI in healthcare is “trustworthy,” while 1 in 5 (20%) said the privacy of their health data has been violated. The survey about healthcare technology gathered opinions from more than 1,000 U.S. adults. It was commissioned by Healthcare.com, a health insurance comparison site.
