Most RSNA 2025 – affiliated radiologists report unapproved AI tools in daily use; fewer than one in five say their organizations strongly enforce a policy on public LLMs.

CHICAGO, December 1, 2025 (Newswire.com) – Black Book Market Research today released results from a flash poll of 208 radiologists who are current or prior RSNA attendees, revealing that “shadow AI”, AI tools used outside formally approved enterprise programs, has become routine in imaging departments while governance, policy and validation lag behind.
