1. The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System approved a completed market assessment for a 37,000-square-foot ASC in Colorado Springs, Colo.
2. An ASC spearheaded by Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, Idaho, is nearing completion, and the health system is planning another surgery center in Washington.
3. Bettendorf, Iowa-based ORA Orthopedics plans to build a 113,000-square-foot headquarters and ASC.
4. Salem (Ohio) Regional Medical Center’s new outpatient pavilion is set to open its doors in Columbiana.
5. Cleveland-based University Hospitals opened the Amherst (Ohio) Beaver Creek Surgery Center, a joint venture surgery center.
