Physician practices are struggling for survival amid inflation, healthcare consolidation and other market pressures.

Here are three physician practices that closed this year after at least 30 years of operation:

1. Saginaw Township, Mich.-based Women’s OB-GYN permanently closed after 74 years, according to a letter posted on the practice’s website. The letter did not provide a reason for the closure, and stopped seeing postpartum and postsurgical emergency calls on Oct. 27.
