Here are the fine amounts CMS has levied against those hospitals:

  7. Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital (Brick, N.J.): $120,120
  8. Kell West Regional Hospital (Wichita Falls, Texas): $117,260
  9. Frisbie Memorial Hospital (Rochester, N.H.): $102,660
