Overall member satisfaction with Medicare Advantage plans has risen steadily over the past few years, but most members say their plan doesn’t provide enough coverage for mental and behavioral services, according to J.D. Power’s 2022 U.S. Medicare Advantage study published Aug. 18.

Only 38 percent of members say their plan covers enough mental health treatments and 27 percent say the same about substance use disorder services. In addition, 24 percent of members have used telehealth in the last year.
