Becker’s has reported on 17 health systems that have opted to outsource finance jobs or other revenue cycle functions since Jan. 1:

1. Annapolis, Md.-based Luminis Health tapped artificial intelligence-powered analytics company VisiQuate Dec. 15 to manage its revenue cycle management operations. Through the five-year partnership, Luminis will deploy VisiQuate’s denials management, revenue management and reverse analytics tools.

2. Dayton (Ohio) Children’s Hospital also tapped VisiQuate Dec. 1 to provide the hospital with billing analytics. The hospital aims for the four-year partnership to decrease claims denials, accelerate revenue and enable more equitable contractual agreements.

3. Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals West Monroe (La.) chose CareCloud Nov. 29 to handle its revenue cycle management services. Cornerstone aims for the partnership to maximize revenue...
