Newsweek has published its 2024 “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women” ranking, which includes 15 health insurers.

The ranking of 1,000 top companies was created in partnership with market data research firm Plant-A Insights and is based on a five-part evaluation process of U.S.-based companies.

The evaluation process included a pre-study survey of human resources professionals to identify employee satisfaction drivers; an employee survey of more than 142,000 women who provided more than 848,000 company reviews; and a desk research project in which key performance...
