On Sept. 25, LinkedIn released its annual list of top startups, including a number of healthcare companies in the ranking.

The professional networking platform’s “50 Top Startups in the U.S.” list is based on four pillars: employee growth, jobseeker interest, internal engagement, and the ability to attract talent from LinkedIn’s “Top Companies” list of best large workplaces. Data for the list covers July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

To be eligible, companies must be fully independent, privately held, have at least 50 full-time employees, be 5 years old or younger and be based in the U.S. LinkedIn excluded staffing firms, think tanks, venture capital firms, law firms, management and IT...
