100% fill rate for thoracic, vascular surgery: Match Day 2025

Both thoracic and vascular surgery specialties hit a 100% fill rate for Match Day 2025, according to the National Resident Matching Program’s data.

Compared to last year, the National Resident Matching Program saw a 5.3% increase in certified applicants and a 4.2% increase in positions.
