Boise, Idaho-based St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center has the lowest readmission rate for heart failure patients, CMS found.

CMS collected data from provides for hospital return days, unplanned readmissions and measures of unplanned hospital visits after outpatient procedures between July 2020 and June 2023. The data from the first and second quarters of 2020 were not reported due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest data was released July 31.
