By the numbers and by the expectations, big tech companies are among the most important in health care. But you might not know it from their under-the-radar presence here at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and the surrounding festivities.

The most visible sign of the likes of Google, Amazon, and Apple at JPM Week? In most cases, it’s an executive or two participating in panel discussions. (Google’s Dr. Toby Cosgrove, for instance, on Monday spoke on stage at the main conference.)
