Today marks World Obesity Day, an annual campaign that was established in 2015 aiming to stimulate and support practical actions that will help people achieve and maintain a healthy weight and reverse the global obesity crisis. The need for swift action was highlighted by a recently-released report which predicts that the number of obese children across the world is going to top 350 million within the next ten years.
