Gifford Health Care is replacing three legacy health IT systems with a MEDITECH EHR to enhance operational efficiency and clinical decision support.

– Gifford Health Care will be switching to MEDITECH for its EHR after previously using three different health IT systems.

The health system, based in Randolph, Vermont, includes a critical access hospital and several primary care and specialty clinics.

The implementation will provide a patient portal to provide access to personal health data. The portal will also allow patients to message their providers securely.
