County Health Rankings and Roadmaps, a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, have been released annually since 2010 and report the performance of the nation’s counties across a range of more than 30 health measures. The rankings are a valuable tool for public health stakeholders undertaking community health assessment, goal setting for community health improvement, and communicating health priorities to the public.
