Pharmaceutical company Servier has selected Google Cloud for its “digital transformation” as it aims to use high-performance computing and artificial intelligence to further its data analysis and insights, the firm said Sept. 22.

“Data and artificial intelligence are opening up tremendous prospects for drug discovery, disease prevention and improved treatment adherence across the entire pharmaceutical value chain,” Virginie Dominguez, executive vice president of digital, data and information systems at Servier, said in the news release.
