On September 10, 2021, the Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Labor, and the Treasury, alongside the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), issued a proposed rule to implement additional components of the No Surprises Act (NSA) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
