Eleven U.S. cities topped the list of richest cities in the world, according to a report from consulting firm Henley & Partners in collaboration with analytics firm New World Wealth.

Here’s what physician pay looks like for three specialties in the five richest U.S. cities, according to Medscape’s salary reporter tool.

New York City:

Anesthesiology:

1-7 years of experience: $345,677

8-14 years of experience: $395,295

15-21 years of experience: $418,514

Gastroenterology:

1-7 years of experience: $453,800

8-14 years of experience: $349,590

15-21 years of experience: $440,182

Orthopedics:

1-7 years of experience: $412,944

8-14 years of experience: $507,490

15-21 years of experience: $592,003

San Francisco:

Anesthesiology:
