Dutch health technology behemoth Philips has agreed to buy U.S.-based Carestream Health’s medical imaging IT unit for an undisclosed consideration.

Carestream’s unit provides medical imaging IT solutions to multisite hospitals, radiology services providers, imaging centers, and specialty clinics.
