At our recent Health Care AI Law and Policy Summit, Hogan Lovells partner Stuart Langbein moderated a panel discussion on AI policy and reimbursement issues. Joined by representatives from CMS Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) Noridian Healthcare Solutions, the AI Healthcare Coalition, Digital Diagnostics, and Tempus, the group’s discussion centered around Medicare’s challenges in providing proper payment to AI innovators within existing reimbursement frameworks.
