A new report from KLAS shows that healthcare organizations are replacing C/S models, creating a shift in the PACS market.

As cloud technology and lighter infrastructure replace C/S models, the non-US PACS market is shifting. Healthcare organizations are reassessing and are on the lookout for new vendors that are developing imaging platforms that will meet consumer needs now and in the future, according to a report.

The 2019 KLAS report looked at customer perspectives on product quality, product functionality, and the use of PACS from 325 individuals at 272 organizations in 48 different countries and territories outside the US.
