How much does it cost to receive health care?
Consider the case of a 45-year-old working mother with hypertension. She has an appointment to see her primary care physician at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday—the earliest available appointment on the only day she can take time off work. After dropping her kids off at school, she drives 40 minutes across town (and a toll bridge) in morning rush hour.
