On Wednesday, HHS, through CMS, announced it had approved wide-ranging Medicaid Section 1115 waivers for Massachusetts and Oregon that address food insecurity, housing needs

On Sep. 28, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), announced the granting of Medicaid Section 1115 demonstration initiative waivers, in order to address food and housing insecurity issues among Medicaid recipients, including children cared for in the program.
