LifeStance Health CEO Ken Burdick is expecting 2025 to be a “particularly challenging” year for reimbursement.

On a Nov. 8 call with investors, Mr. Burdick said there is still “a long way to go” for mental health to achieve parity with reimbursement rates for physical health.

The company reported its third-quarter earnings Nov. 7. LifeStance’s revenue increased by 19% year-over-year to $312.7 million. The company cut its net loss to $6 million in the third quarter of 2024, down from $61.6 million in the same time period last year.
