Hospitals seeking to implement remote patient monitoring technologies are looking for vendors who can offer patient-centric software and solutions that engage the patient in their own care, according to a recent KLAS Research report.

For its Remote Patient Monitoring 2019 report, KLAS surveyed healthcare customers of RPM vendors on their overall satisfaction with their respective vendors.
