Most voters (62 percent) do not believe President Donald Trump will be able to deliver on promises to improve healthcare and lower healthcare costs, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation’s latest Health Tracking Poll.

The Kaiser Family Foundation conducts monthly polls among voters on healthcare issues. The October poll was conducted the week of Oct. 7.
