Our healthcare system is no longer healthy. Amidst continued fallout from the pandemic, today’s healthcare professionals are more exhausted and burnt out than ever before. In fact, a recent Forbes article cited a new report, “Clinician of the Future,” that found an astounding 75% of healthcare workers will exit the industry by 2025. The global study also found that 71% of doctors and 68% of nurses believe their jobs have changed considerably in the past 10 years, with many saying their jobs have gotten worse.
