Anthology Project in Chicago Has Designs Updated

Chicago-based firms Anthology Senior Living and K Giles announced updates to the redevelopment of a former high school into a 22-story senior living community on Chicago’s lakefront in the Uptown neighborhood, as reported by Chicago YIMBY.

The unit count has been reduced from 200 to 192 units, and some of the one-bedroom layouts were converted to two-bedroom layouts to better fit demand, YIMBY reported. The project originally included 495 residential units that was scaled to 450, and then later to 437...
