As healthcare organizations seek to achieve the Quadruple Aim framework, they can rely on speech recognition tools to improve clinicians’ experiences.

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement launched the Triple Aim framework in 2007, setting three goals to optimize health system performance: enhance the patient experience of care, improve population health and reduce the per capita costs of healthcare.

Providers have since widely adopted the Triple Aim. Delivering high-quality, cost-effective care is crucial, but it’s become clear that something’s missing from this 15-year-old framework: improving the clinician’s experience.
