Nuvance Health is now connected to HealtheConnections HIE, adding an additional 1,500 participating health organizations to its network.
HealtheConnections, the largest HIE in the state of New York, has partnered with Nuvance Health, a health system that serves over 1.5 million individuals across the mid-Hudson Valley and eastern Connecticut. The HIE will replace Nuvance’s current physician portal and replace it with HealtheConnections’ HIE portal by the end of the month.
HealtheConnections provides patient data on a single, streamlined workflow that outlines a patient’s entire health history. The HIE is Hudson Valley’s accredited patient data exchange provider, which will boost the Nuvance’s interoperability.
