Google Cloud formed new partnerships with four organizations in support of the tech giant’s commitment to improving data interoperability in healthcare.

Google Cloud Healthcare and Life Sciences Vice President Gregory Moore, MD, PhD, outlined details of the new partnerships in a blog post on the company’s website Feb. 11.

Google Cloud’s four new partners, listed in alphabetical order:

1. Health Level 7. Representatives from Google will be joining the international interoperability nonprofit’s standards community. This collaboration builds upon Google’s existing relationship with the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources Foundation.

2. MITRE. By collaborating with Google Cloud, the nonprofit MITRE, which operates federally funded research and development centers,...
