Salesforce’s Chief Medical Officer says startups can better serve not just patients, but clinicians, too

Dr. Ashwini Zenooz wants to set the bar higher. In the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs, she implemented and oversaw the office of EHR modernization, pushing for regulation that would allow providers to practice across state lines — and ultimately led to a massive leap forward in telehealth visits. Since 2018, she’s served as GM and Chief Medical Officer at Salesforce, to help expand the company’s healthcare products, investments, and partnerships.
