CVS Health Monday said it will close its $8 billion acquisition of Signify Health later this week, bringing the drugstore giant in-home medical services from a national network of clinicians.

CVS “expects to complete its acquisition of Signify Health on or around March 29, 2023, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining customary closing conditions set forth in the merger agreement,” the company said.

In buying Signify Health, CVS Health will add to its growing menu of healthcare services that includes more than 9,000 retail drugstores, 1,100 MinuteClinics staffed by nurse practitioners and the nation’s third largest health insurer, Aetna.
