HOSPITALS LOOKING TO stay ahead in the healthcare innovation game are turning to Artificial Intelligence and mobile technology. But at Houston Methodist, the focus is using tech to personalize care.

“We’re building this around the patient,” says Dr. Marc Boom, president and CEO of the health system. “So, this is all about dissecting the patient’s journey and relationship with us and making it better, … easier for the patient and, frankly, ultimately easier for the providers as well, which is a big win-win.”
