Two things happened to me in the past few months. First, Apple released the beta of watchOS 11.

The second was that I got Covid for the first time since the pandemic began.

While the latter was a bit shocking, it shouldn’t have been given that I was waiting for the latest vaccine booster and we’re in the middle of a summer resurgence of the virus. Still, I was a bit unsure how to proceed with…anything, not having gone through it before. I especially didn’t know how to gauge how I was progressing through the sickness. Was I getting better? Worse?
