Amazon, CVS, Optum, Walgreens and Walmart are all aiming to shift primary care in America, through increased access, virtual care and a focus on value-based care.

In a February report, the American Hospital Association cited these five companies as the biggest ones “transforming primary care,” recommending that hospitals and health systems look for partnership opportunities.

Here are how many brick-and-mortar clinics each of these disruptors has, according to data they gave Becker’s or from other publicly available sources:
