80% of EHR users say that lack of data interoperability increases stress

The lack of interoperability between different EHR systems may increase physicians’ stress levels, according to a June 9 survey conducted by the Harris Poll.

More than 700 physicians were surveyed about their use of EHRs and their interoperability as well as how it affected their work.
