Payers are selling and shifting office spaces as employees work in remote or hybrid models.
Here are seven payer office moves Becker’s has reported since December 2022.
- UnitedHealth Group‘s 20-acre corporate headquarters in Minnetonka, Minn., are up for lease. The company has occupied the space since 1998.
- The building housing Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield‘s Connecticut headquarters will be up for auction in April. Anthem is the largest of four tenants in the building, occupying around 48,000 square feet in the 280,000-square-foot building in Wallingford, Conn.
