A state-by-state breakdown of where the joint ventures are popping up:
ARIZONA
Anchor Health Properties closed an investment in the 89,000-square-foot La Ronde Medical Centre, an outpatient medical center in Sun City. Anchor Health invested in the center through a joint venture with The Carlyle Group.
CALIFORNIA
Greenbrae-based Marin Health Ventures leased 17,280 square feet in a medical office building to build a joint-venture ASC.
COLORADO
Steamboat Springs-based providers UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center and Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute are collaborating on an orthopedic ASC project.
FLORIDA
Raleigh, N.C.-based Compass Surgical Partners formed Tampa-based Legacy Surgery Center in partnership with a group of physicians.
